MORE2RISE / LEGAL & TRUST

Terms of Use

Effective September 24, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the More2Rise Services provided by More2Rise. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services for a minor athlete, additional parent/guardian authorization requirements may apply.

1. What More2Rise Provides

More2Rise is an athlete-development platform that uses selected sports footage and related context to help identify a current development focus (the FIX), provide a personalized Blueprint, support training, and evaluate follow-up evidence over time.

2. Service Availability and Changes

More2Rise may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, workflows, supported sports, or other parts of the Services as the platform evolves. Analyses may involve AI-assisted processing and human review or quality checks. Any temporary early-access terms, including complimentary access or stated turnaround times, will be described separately in an Early Access Notice when applicable.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and protect your account credentials.
  • Adults may create and manage their own accounts, subject to feature availability.
  • For athletes under 13, the current More2Rise design requires a parent/legal guardian to create and manage the More2Rise account and the child’s athlete profile. An under-13 child does not create an independent full account.
  • For ages 13–17, More2Rise may require parent/legal-guardian approval or parent-managed participation before certain features are available.
  • You may not impersonate another person, falsely claim parent/legal-guardian authority, or create an athlete profile without authority to do so.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

A person who identifies as a parent or legal guardian represents that they are legally authorized to act for the minor athlete in connection with the permissions they provide. Parent/guardian authorization is separate from general acceptance of these Terms.

5. Athlete Footage and Other User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights needed for More2Rise to provide the Services. You grant More2Rise a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transform, and display your uploaded content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the authorized More2Rise athlete-development experience, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license does not give More2Rise ownership of your footage. More2Rise does not use this license to publicly post private athlete footage or sell athlete sports footage.

6. Your Rights and Permissions for Uploaded Footage

You represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to upload the footage and authorize the processing described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If footage contains another person’s name, image, likeness, voice, or other protected information, you are responsible for complying with applicable law, team/facility rules, contracts, and consent requirements.

7. AI-Assisted Guidance and Evidence Limits

More2Rise may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with analysis and personalization. AI output can be incomplete, uncertain, or incorrect. More2Rise does not guarantee that every video supports a reliable conclusion, and may request additional footage, restrict an analysis, or route it for review. More2Rise does not guarantee athletic improvement, team selection, playing time, recruiting interest, scholarships, rankings, performance outcomes, or injury prevention. Any measurable claim should be based on evidence actually available to the Services.

8. Training and Safety

More2Rise provides general athlete-development guidance, not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or emergency services. Athletes should stop an activity that causes pain or appears unsafe and seek appropriate qualified professional guidance when health, injury, rehabilitation, or medical issues are involved. Parents/guardians remain responsible for age-appropriate supervision and safe training conditions.

9. Prohibited Uses

  • Upload content you do not have authority to use.
  • Use the Services to harass, exploit, stalk, shame, sexualize, endanger, or unlawfully monitor a minor or any other person.
  • Attempt to access another family’s private footage, account, or development information.
  • Upload malware, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated or More2Rise-generated guidance as a verified medical diagnosis, official scouting grade, recruiting guarantee, or unsupported performance measurement.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Parent/Guardian Authorization & Consent may apply separately to a minor athlete. If these Terms conflict with a legally required youth-privacy consent or notice, the legally required protection controls to the extent required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

More2Rise and its branding, software, interfaces, methods, text, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by More2Rise or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of More2Rise intellectual property to you.

12. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you permit More2Rise to use that feedback to evaluate and improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you, provided this does not grant More2Rise a right to publicly identify a minor or publish private athlete footage.

13. Suspension and Termination

More2Rise may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of the Services or a relevant feature. Users may stop using the Services at any time and may request account or athlete-data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." MORE2RISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVERY ANALYSIS WILL BE COMPLETE OR CORRECT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORE2RISE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. If new consent is legally required for a changed use of minor information, continued use alone will not substitute for that consent.
