Parent / Guardian Authorization & Consent

This authorization is intentionally separate from the More2Rise Terms of Use. It is designed to make clear what a parent or legal guardian is permitting for a minor athlete.

Your Athlete’s More2Rise Experience

More2Rise helps an athlete use selected practice or competition footage to identify a current FIX, receive a personalized Blueprint, train with a clear focus, upload follow-up footage, and evaluate progress over time.

What You Are Authorizing

By approving, you authorize More2Rise to collect and process the minor athlete information you or the athlete are permitted to provide through the approved account flow, including athlete profile information, selected sports footage, athlete-identification details for each clip, optional context, and development information created from the footage. You authorize More2Rise and service providers acting on its behalf to host, store, retrieve, analyze, and otherwise process this information as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the athlete-development experience, including AI-assisted analysis and quality review.

Important Privacy Points

• The athlete’s private uploaded footage is not posted publicly by More2Rise in the current early-access experience.
• Other More2Rise families and athletes cannot browse the athlete’s private uploaded footage through the current early-access experience.
• More2Rise does not sell the athlete’s sports footage.
• More2Rise does not use minor athlete information for targeted or behaviorally personalized advertising.
• More2Rise does not use facial recognition or biometric identification to identify athletes in footage.
• More2Rise will not use identifiable minor athlete footage to train a general-purpose or third-party AI model unless More2Rise first updates its applicable policy and obtains any consent required by law.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of permission, or that future collection stop, subject to applicable law and limited legal/security recordkeeping.

Parent / Guardian Confirmation

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the athlete identified in this request and that the information I provide is accurate.

I authorize the athlete’s participation in More2Rise under the account structure presented to me and authorize More2Rise to process the athlete’s information and selected sports footage for the purposes described above, in the Privacy Policy, and in the Parent Notice.

I understand that More2Rise provides athlete-development guidance and does not guarantee improvement, playing time, recruiting interest, scholarships, rankings, or other athletic outcomes.

I understand that I may withdraw this authorization by contacting More2Rise, but withdrawal may prevent continued use of some or all Services.

Special Rule for Under-13 Athletes

For athletes under 13, participation is parent-managed: the parent/legal guardian creates and manages the More2Rise account and creates the child’s athlete profile. The child does not create an independent full account. If More2Rise later collects personal information directly from an under-13 child in a COPPA-covered context, an ordinary checkbox is not by itself treated as a substitute for a legally sufficient verifiable-parental-consent method.
