How It Works

From footage to focused development

You're already putting in the work. More2Rise helps you understand what deserves your attention next, gives you a clear plan to work on it, and uses follow-up footage to measure progress and determine what comes next.

The development loop

One clear path
forward.

More2Rise turns an athlete's footage into a focused development experience that continues with the next piece of evidence.

01

Find the FIX

Upload practice or game footage.

If multiple athletes appear in the clip, we'll ask for a jersey number or brief visual description to help identify the correct athlete.

More2Rise analyzes the athlete's footage in context to identify the highest-impact FIX to work on next.

Not everything needs to change at once. The goal is to find what matters most right now.

WHAT TO UPLOAD

Choose a short clip from practice or competition that clearly shows the athlete in action.

30 seconds max • 12 MB max • MP4, MOV, or WebM

02

Understand the FIX

Knowing what to work on isn't enough. Athletes need to understand what the FIX means and why it matters.

More2Rise translates the analysis into clear, sport-specific guidance, including the FIX, What That Means, Why It Matters, and a short Coaching Cue the athlete can take into training.

03

Follow the Blueprint

Know exactly what to do next.

More2Rise turns the FIX into a personalized Blueprint with clear steps for working on it.

The goal isn't to overwhelm an athlete with everything that could improve. It's to give them a focused path forward.

04

Lock In Your FIX

Before you train, lock it in.

Athletes complete a quick knowledge check after receiving their FIX and Blueprint, giving them an opportunity to make sure they understand what their FIX is, why it matters, and how to apply their Blueprint before they begin training.

Understand the FIX. Know the Blueprint. Put it to work.

05

Put In the Work

Now the athlete takes the Blueprint into training.

The work is still theirs. More2Rise helps them focus that work on what matters most.

06

Upload Your Follow-Up

After working the Blueprint, the athlete uploads new footage.

More2Rise uses the follow-up to evaluate what changed, what still needs attention, and how the athlete's development is progressing.

07

Measure Progress. Determine What's Next.

More2Rise doesn't treat every upload like a new starting point. Follow-up footage is connected to where the athlete began so development can be understood over time.

BEFORE: The athlete's original footage establishes the starting point and provides the evidence used to identify the first FIX.

NOW: Follow-up footage shows where the athlete is now, including what has improved and what still needs attention.

AFTER: The latest evidence helps determine what the athlete should work on next.

Then the development loop continues.

Find the FIX. Follow the Blueprint. Elevate Your Game.

There's more in every athlete. More to discover. More to develop. More to rise.
