MORE2RISE / LEGAL & TRUST

Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how More2Rise ("More2Rise," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains, and deletes personal information in connection with the More2Rise website, athlete-development platform, services, and related communications (collectively, the "Services").

More2Rise helps athletes and families turn selected sports footage into a focused development experience: Find the FIX → Follow the Blueprint → Elevate Your Game.

1. Scope and Core Privacy Commitments

  • Private athlete footage is not posted publicly by More2Rise as part of the athlete-development experience.
  • Other More2Rise families and athletes cannot browse another athlete’s private uploaded footage through the athlete-development experience.
  • We do not sell athlete sports footage.
  • We do not use minor athlete information for targeted or behaviorally personalized advertising.
  • We collect information reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the athlete-development experience.
  • We do not use facial recognition or biometric identification to identify athletes in uploaded footage. Athlete identification is supplied by the uploader through ordinary descriptive information such as jersey number, clothing, position, or location in the clip.
  • Parents or legal guardians may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of permission concerning a minor athlete, subject to applicable law and limited legal/security recordkeeping.

2. Information We Collect

A. Account and Contact Information

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect first and last name, email address, mobile telephone number, authentication/account identifiers, account role, and records of account creation, sign-in, authorization, consent, and acceptance.

B. Athlete Profile Information

We may collect an athlete’s first and last name, month and year of birth or age-band information, sport, position or event, development level, goals, and parent/guardian relationship information. We use age information to route users into the appropriate account and permission experience.

C. Athlete Footage and Submission Information

We collect sports video clips that an authorized user chooses to upload, together with submission type, optional context, optional jersey or uniform number, and a required visual description identifying the athlete in the clip. Video may contain the athlete’s image, voice, teammates, opponents, coaches, spectators, uniforms, venue details, or other information visible or audible in the recording.

D. Development Information

We may create or store analyses, the current FIX, Blueprint content, training guidance, coaching cues, follow-up comparisons, progress observations, coaching history, status information, and records showing what information was delivered or acknowledged. We do not represent unsupported estimates, measurements, rankings, percentiles, biomechanics, or confidence as established facts.

E. Technical and Security Information

Our systems and service providers may process IP address, device/browser information, authentication events, timestamps, request logs, error logs, storage identifiers, and security/audit information needed to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and maintain the Services.

F. Communications

We may retain service-related communications, support requests, parent context, feedback, and records of email or SMS delivery attempts. Optional marketing communications are handled separately from required service and permission communications.

3. How We Use Information

  • Create and manage accounts and athlete profiles.
  • Authenticate users and enforce account, age, role, ownership, and parent-approval restrictions.
  • Receive, store, retrieve, and process authorized athlete footage.
  • Identify the athlete in a submitted clip using uploader-provided context.
  • Analyze footage and related context to identify a development focus, build a Blueprint, provide coaching guidance, and compare follow-up submissions.
  • Preserve longitudinal development history so the experience can understand BEFORE → NOW → AFTER and determine what comes next.
  • Conduct human or automated quality, safety, evidence, and consistency checks and route uncertain or flagged analyses for review.
  • Communicate submission status, approval status, results, service notices, security notices, and support information.
  • Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Services.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, and protect users, More2Rise, and others.

4. AI-Assisted Processing

More2Rise may use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to assist with video analysis, reasoning, prioritization, personalization, quality checks, and preparation of development guidance. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. More2Rise may limit an analysis, ask for clarification or additional footage, or route a matter for human review when appropriate.

More2Rise will not use identifiable minor athlete footage to train a general-purpose or third-party AI model unless and until a separate, legally reviewed policy and any required consent mechanism are implemented. Service providers may process footage only to provide contracted services to More2Rise under applicable terms and safeguards.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as authentication, hosting, private file storage, database services, communications, security, service-operation analytics, and AI-assisted processing. Providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform and are expected to protect it consistent with contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations; to protect rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and the commitments in this Policy. We do not sell athlete sports footage. More2Rise does not disclose minor athlete personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Children and Minor Athletes

Under 13

A child under 13 does not create an independent full More2Rise account. A parent or legal guardian creates and manages the More2Rise account and creates the child’s athlete profile. The parent or legal guardian handles footage uploads for that child.

More2Rise treats photographs, video, and audio containing a child’s image or voice as sensitive youth information. Where COPPA or another law requires verifiable parental consent before collection from a child, More2Rise will not rely on an ordinary Terms checkbox as a substitute for a legally sufficient consent method.

Until More2Rise implements and validates an appropriate verifiable-parental-consent method for any under-13 child-directed collection, under-13 participation must remain parent-managed and must not involve direct collection of personal information from the child through an independent child account.

Ages 13–17

For athletes ages 13–17, More2Rise may require parent/legal-guardian approval or parent-managed participation before certain features, including footage upload, are available. Requirements may vary based on applicable law and the account experience More2Rise makes available.

7. Parent and Guardian Rights

A parent or legal guardian may contact More2Rise regarding a minor athlete to request information about the categories of information maintained, request access or correction where appropriate, request deletion, withdraw permission for future processing, or ask that further collection stop. We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting on a request. Withdrawal may prevent continued use of some or all Services. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to document consent/withdrawal, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or establish that a deletion request was completed.

8. Retention and Deletion

More2Rise retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the specific purposes for which it was collected, to provide the Services, preserve an authorized athlete-development history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Services.

Raw athlete video is not retained indefinitely. More2Rise retains raw footage while reasonably necessary to provide the athlete-development experience and may delete or de-identify it when it is no longer reasonably necessary, when the athlete relationship is closed, or following a verified deletion request, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for a documented security or legal purpose.

9. Security

More2Rise uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authenticated access, role/ownership checks, private storage for uploaded footage, server-side validation, restricted access, and logging appropriate to the stage of the product. No system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Uploader Responsibilities and Third Parties in Footage

Sports footage may show people other than the athlete. The uploader must have the legal right and any permissions reasonably required to upload and permit More2Rise to process the footage for the requested private athlete-development purpose. Users should avoid uploading footage when they know its use would violate a law, contractual restriction, facility rule, team policy, or another person’s enforceable rights.

11. Private Athlete Experience

More2Rise does not require a public athlete profile, public feed, public highlight reel, or public raw-video sharing as part of its private athlete-development experience. If More2Rise introduces public or recruiting features, applicable notices, choices, permissions, and youth-safety protections will be addressed before those features are made available.

12. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights concerning personal information. More2Rise will honor applicable rights and consent requirements based on the law governing the relevant user and processing. This Policy is not intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Services evolve. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent before materially changing how previously collected information is used.
